The Custom Program starts at $9,500. The 90-Day Claude Rollout, the default engagement, starts at $42,500, and a shorter 60-day version starts at $28,500. Every engagement is scoped to your team, so the shape and the number of sessions are set on a scoping call rather than sold off a menu.

They answer two different questions.

The Custom Program answers "can my team use this well?" The number of sessions and the mix of foundations and live builds are set from your intakes, not fixed in advance.

The Claude Rollout answers "how do we get the whole firm using this, and prove it?" It contains the training, but also the executive briefing, the intakes, an automation roadmap, live builds per function, office hours, a champions session, a leadership readout, and measurement at three points. It is scoped around your firm, so no two look the same.
