Async alignment intake
A short intake form before session one, no extra call needed. It confirms the outcome you want and what counts as done, so both sessions are spent building. Claude fundamentals, Projects and Skills, Cowork, Claude Code, or a mix. We start wherever you are.
Two 90-minute working sessions
Spaced about a week apart. We build against the outcome agreed in intake, and because they are spread out, the second session builds on how the first week actually went. You leave understanding every piece and able to keep extending it yourself.
Session recordings
Full recordings of every session so you can reference what we did and replicate it for new work.
Async consultation for the month
For the rest of the month after session two, you have us on async. Fix anything that drifted, layer in what you learned using it for real, and decide what to build next.

How it works
Book a scoping call and complete a short intake
Pick a time that works, then fill out a short intake. It confirms where you actually are with Claude and the outcome you want from the two sessions, so we come prepared and start on the right thing.
Session 1, start where you are
The first session meets you at your level. That might be Claude fundamentals, Projects, Skills, knowledge files, prompting for honest pushback instead of flattery, or it might be jumping straight into a build. We start on what matters most to you.
Session 2, a week later, building on real use
The second session sits roughly a week after the first. You come back having actually used what we set up, so it layers on what you learned, fixes what drifted, and goes deeper, Cowork automations, Claude Code, whatever your work needs next.
Async for the rest of the month, then it is yours
You have us on async through the end of the month, plus recordings of every session and a reference guide built around your specific setup, so you can keep extending it yourself long after we are done.
